About the Artist

My name is Michelle. I am so glad you found our little corner of the world. Welcome!! In case you are interested in the ‘woman behind the furniture’ I thought I would tell you a few things about myself.

I am married to quite possibly the most amazing man there is. He is so patient (read tolerant) with me and my crazy ideas. I am a Mama to fifteen children, six in heaven and nine here on earth. I am also Mimi, (grandma) to two little ones.

Over the years I have always felt most alive when I am creating. In between raising babies and home schooling I would spend my time creating something. From painting murals on our kitchen walls, to making candles, to sewing, to writing, to decorating on a budget, to baking various breads, gardening and more. I love to cook and clean and organize. (Thankfully so, with this family)

This Mama loves to {re}imagine old, broken down, tossed aside furniture into something beautiful. It has become a passion, some might say obsession, but I like passion. There is something so rewarding about taking the ugly and making it into something beautiful. Maybe it’s the realization that my Savior saw me, broken down and tossed aside, and made me into a new creation that inspires me. Maybe it is the sheer fun of it. I don’t know, all I do know is I thoroughly enjoy

{re}imagining . . . just for you!

There are many Services that we offer here at {re}imagined . . . just for you. Make sure you check them out.

We also hold Painting Classes about once a month as well as our twice a year “Shop the Barn Boutique” Sale.

Most days, when the schooling is done, you will find me in our ‘shop’ painting, waxing and distressing antique and vintage furniture and proudly displaying them in, what we affectionately call our ‘Barn Boutique”.

If you would like to come by and see our little “Barn Boutique” we would love to meet you. Email for an appointment. Feel free to browse around my website and if you have any questions, please let me know.

May the Lord bless you and keep you until we meet again!!

Michelle

Hi Michelle, my family and I drove out to Allendale in a crazy snowstorm to purchase a cabinet. Which looks great!!! We have just recently remodeled our bathroom in all cedar. I a looking for some type of rustic or country looking shelf and hooks for a towel rack (3 to 4 towels). Wondering if you have anything hiding there or any ideas for me. Thanks, Julie
